Another round of cold air arrived in the middle of the month resulting in overnight and early morning wind chill values as low as 5 degrees across the region for a few days. Actual low temperatures were in the teens and low 20s, and some light winter precipitation, mostly snow, did occur in parts of the region on the 20th-21st, but no impacts were reported.
