Near Blue Ash, 3 inches of snow was measured. In Mack, 2.7 inches fell, and 2.3 inches was measured in Madeira.

During the morning of February 16th, as a cold front moved through the Ohio Valley, quickly changing heavy rainfall to snow. As temperatures fell, many areas received a quick 2 to 3 inches of snow, with some isolated locations receiving up to 4 inches.
