A trained spotter measured a wind gust to 59 mph near Union in Grant County.

During the evening hours on March 14th, a line of thunderstorms moved through portions of northeast Iowa into southwest Wisconsin. While their presentation on radar was not overly impressive, numerous wind gusts of over 50 mph occurred including a wind gust to 59 mph in Grant County.
