A semi roll over was reported on I-80 near MP 33, with the cause overwhelmingly suspected to be strong winds.

Mid level height falls ahead of an approaching trough resulted in the development of scattered convection throughout the day. Given dry low levels and a well mixed boundary layer, DCAPE values were high, and numerous dry to mostly dry microbursts were observed across Utah.
