Lancaster County EM reports trees and power poles down via images on NWSChat along Sunset Cir near Grace Ave, including one that fell on a house.

Wider weather episode

An isolated severe thunderstorm developed across the Upstate of SC and caused some tree damage in Lancaster County. A weak shortwave trough aloft, moving into a region with modest instability and mid-level dry air helped developed an isolated downburst.
