Wider weather episode

On the afternoon of April 29th, multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms swept through southeast Ohio out ahead of a cold front. The first round entered the area shortly after midday, and yielded the best severe potential, resulting in multiple downed trees across Perry and Morgan County. After a brief interlude, renewed showers and storms marched in from the west that evening, but this time only causing singular tree damage due to weaker wind gusts accompanying this second batch of activity. The cold front arrived late that night, and brought the severe weather threat to an end across southeast Ohio.
