Baltimore City Emergency Manager reports water has flooded cars along Aliceanna Street in Fells Point. Several cars stuck.

An area of low pressure moved along a slow moving cold front bringing numerous showers and thunderstorms to Maryland. Multiple rounds of heavy rain occurred throughout the afternoon and evening. Total rainfall amounts of one to four inches were observed where flooding occurred.
