Photos shared via social media showed the walls of a one story, 45x45 ft concrete structure had collapsed in Harvard.

Wider weather episode

Two rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms moved across far northern and northeastern Illinois on the 3rd, the first during the early afternoon and the second during the evening. The storms produced marginally-damaging wind gusts in addition to widespread heavy rain and one brief EF0 tornado in Boone County.
