Golf ball-sized hail near the Paris-Henry County Airport.

A mesoscale convective system strengthened as it moved across southern Missouri into western Kentucky thanks to surface heating and increasing instability. This system produced an outflow boundary, causing damaging winds across parts of West Tennessee. The mesoscale convective system eventually sagged into Henry County, TN, resulting in large hail and damaging winds.
