Hail ranged from pea to quarter in size. The hail was 3 inches deep in spots as well. Winds were around 40 mph.

Wider weather episode

Storms developed across eastern Colorado during the late afternoon and into the evening hours on the 11th. A single supercell led to many reports of hail up to half dollar and accumulating hail near Wray. A wind gust of 74 mph was also recorded 5 NE Vernon.
