Duval county fire rescue reported a tree was blown down and blocked the road at West 3rd Street and St. Clair Street. The time of damage was based on radar.

Diurnally enhanced storms produced locally heavy rainfall given high precipitable water (near 2 inches) across the area and added upper-level lift with an upper-level wave moving east to west across the FL peninsula. Extreme heat warning and a heat advisory were in effect given high heat index values, with also supported very high surface instability that fed into stronger storms.
