Localized street flooding was reported in the Bainebridge Estates neighborhood along Douglas Lake Dr, Alison Creek Dr, and Stedman Lake Dr. Floodwaters went up to the undercarriage of vehicles and were impassable for low clearance vehicles.

Weak southwest to west steering flow combined with high atmospheric moisture and surface forcing from a weak trough and sea breezes produced localized heavy rainfall in the afternoon and evening over a diurnally unstable airmass.
