Chatham County Emergency Management reported a downed power line in the 2100 block of Krenson Street.

Numerous clusters of thunderstorms started developing across southeast Georgia in the early afternoon hours and gradually spread eastward through the late afternoon. These storms produced damaging wind gusts and frequent cloud to ground lightning.
