Wind gusts varied from 58-76 MPH across the county. The peak gust occurred at the Goodland airport. These winds caused a high profile vehicle to overturn on I-70 at MM 3 leading to one injury. These winds also lead to dust storm conditions occurring at 1 ESE of Ruleton and 2 E of Caruso.
