Light rain changed to light snow across portions of the South Carolina mountains and foothills during the early afternoon. The snow continued off and on through the afternoon before ending during mid-evening. Accumulations generally ranged from a dusting to an inch across western portions of the area, with up to 3 inches in southern Oconee County.
