Tyrrell county law enforcement reported waterspouts northeast of Columbia in the Albemarle Sound.

A stalled frontal boundary with very moist and unstable air lingered across the North Carolina coastal waters from July 29th to July 31st. Several waterspouts were reported along the Outer Banks.
