A winter storm brought heavy snow and strong winds to western Wyoming and the Big Horn Mountains in central Wyoming. Snowfall ranged from 1 to 2 feet in the mountains to 6 to 12 inches in the lower elevations. Also, a wind gust of 73 mph was reported on February 22 at the Pine Creek Ski Resort.
