Strong winds occurred over and east of the Laramie Range. Sustained winds were 40 to 50 MPH with a gust to 66 MPH ten miles south of Wheatland at 1008 AM. Cheyenne had a gust to 59 MPH at 133 PM and Laramie recorded a gust to 58 MPH at 1021 AM and 1118 AM.
