The Towns County Emergency Manager reported around a half of an inch of snow accumulation across the county.

With very cold air in place across the southeastern U.S., a fast moving upper trough and associated surface low brought a round of snow to North Georgia beginning during the late afternoon on the 20th and continuing overnight, before ending as light freezing drizzle during the day on the 21st.
