While many islands and atolls of the Marshall islands are still experiencing dry conditions the trend is for more rain to fall.

By mid-month some areas were experiencing more rain than average and the country

was no longer in drought.

Wider weather episode

Rain across the Western Pacific allowed dry conditions to improve.
