Water covered the road at Enterprise Boulevard and Omohundro Street in Rockport. The road became impassable.

Thunderstorms produced heavy rainfall over the northern Coastal Bend from Port Aransas to Rockport to Seadrift. Rainfall amounts were between 3 to 4 inches. Rainfall produced flooding in Rockport and Port Aransas.
