Snowfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour were observed on U.S. Highway 12 between Lowell and Bald Mountain with general amounts of at least a foot. Heavy snowfall made travel difficult.

Heavy upslope snow fell on the 24th into the 25th with some heavier snow banding late on the 25th.
