Road was closed due to flooding at Coliseum Drive and Merchant Lane. Radar estimates indicated that two to four inches of rain had fallen in the area.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms along a stationary boundary produced heavy rain which caused flooding across portions of southeast Virginia.
