Event narrative

The media reported that part of New Hope Marina Trailer Park flooded. Local law enforcement arrived to help residents evacuate the area. The manager of the trailer part said that most residents evacuated or moved trailers on their own.

Wider weather episode

Heavy snow fell over the mountains and extended down into lower elevations, causing widespread travel problems and road closures. Thunderstorms brought heavy rain and small hail with widespread road flooding. Gusty winds brought down trees and caused power outages.
