Event narrative
A tree was blown down near the intersection of White Road and Woodpecker Trail. The time of damage was based on radar.
Wider weather episode
Warm and breezy SW flow ahead of an approaching cold front pumped moisture across the local area from the GOMEX. Aloft, a digging mid/upper level trough approached from the west, with increasing wind shear and cooling temperatures aloft, which favored severe storms with both wind and hail damage potential.
