Several trees were reported down across the Plateau section of the county.

Wider weather episode

Severe thunderstorms developed during the evening across the Mid Mississippi Valley and this area of convection organized along a north through south line as a strong westerly flow developed to advance the line toward the Southern Appalachian Region. The convection mainly impacted areas south of interstate 40.
