A severe thunderstorm produced ping-pong ball sized hail in Lewisburg.

Thunderstorms quickly developed as discreet cells during the afternoon hours on May 28, 2019. In a moderately high CAPE and strong shear environment, several super-cells were observed. Large hail was widespread across central Pennsylvania, and there were some wind damage reports as well.
