Bay News 9 sent in a photo from a viewer in Hudson of quarter size hail.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms developed across the Florida Peninsula under easterly flow and pushed west into the Gulf of Mexico. One of these storms produce one inch hail. A lightning strike from another storm caused a house fire.
