Event narrative

A 12 to 14 inch diameter tree was downed across County Road 825 South due to damaging thunderstorm wind gusts. Several other downed trees were reported from rural portions of the county.

Warm and humid air moved into central Indiana, with an upper level high across the southeastern states, producing instability and shear across the area. A line of thunderstorms moved across central Indiana during the early morning hours of May 23rd.
