A home on Western Hills Road received damage to its shingles. Also, damage occurred to a shed and to a pool. Finally, several trees and power lines were knocked down.

An unseasonably deep upper-level system ejected east into the Ohio Valley interacting with a very warm and tropically moist air mass that had settled into the region.
