A tree was blown down on Benit Lane.
Wider weather episode
A complex of storms moved through the region late in the afternoon of April 28th and brought wind damage to portions of western Mississippi. A wake low also developed behind this rain and caused additional wind damage outside of rain and storms. As the front moved through the region on the afternoon of the 29th, additional storms brought hail to portions of the region.
