Exceptional(D4) drought conditions continued across the zone through the month of November. The Buckhorn Cooperative Observer reported 0.23 inches of precipitation which was 0.68 inches below normal.

Continued very dry conditions across the region lead to severe to exceptional drought conditions to expand and worsen over southern New Mexico during the month of November.
