Wyoming Department of Transportation mesonet station Skyline along WY230 reported wind gust between Encampment and CO State Line.

Wider weather episode

High winds were measured across much of southeastern Wyoming on the 22nd and 23rd. Maximum wind gust was 80 MPH along Interstate 80 between Laramie and Rawlins where the interstate was closed down for nearly 2 days straight. Wind gusts across the rest of the area ranged from 60 to 75 MPH.
