Sleet accumulated to the depth of 1.0 inch at Lewisburg and two 2.5 inches three miles west of Renick. One to two-tenths of an inch of ice accretion was reported near White Sulpher Springs and near Lewisburg. Key Impacts: Slick and slushy roads and sidewalks.

Low pressure tracked northeast along the east coast of the U.S. Moisture from this system fell as a wintry mix across parts of southeast West Virginia. Snowfall from the system totaled up to two inches in places. Ice accretion totaled up to one-quarter inch in some locations. Sleet accumulated up to almost three inches in spots. Snow, freezing rain, and sleet impacted the region with the result being a slushy and slick mix of the above on roads and other surfaces.
