Event narrative

Most of South Central Texas received enough rain to bring drought relief in January. Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Edwards, Fayette, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Lee, Llano, Maverick, Real, Travis, Val Verde, and Williamson Counties all improved to better than Severe (D2) Drought.
