Winds gusted 40 to 55 mph at times on Monday, February 1, 2021, which caused power outages. Travel was also severely impacted with snow covered roads. COVID testing and vaccination sites were closed. Impacts were limited on February 2, 2021 and February 3, 2021 as the snow was largely light.
