Based on surrounding observations, up to 4 inches of snow and sleet is estimated to have fallen over northern portions of the county. The rest of the county had significant impact to travel due to the sleet that mixed in elsewhere.

Wider weather episode

A low pressure system moved through the Ohio Valley on February 15th to the 16th. Snow was primarily found northwest and along the I-71 corridor, with more sleet found to the southeast of it.
