Flash flooding stranded a vehicle and neared a mobile home along Tower Road.

Decaying mesoscale convective systems affected the ArkLaMiss region during the overnight and morning hours of the 10th through the 12th. These storms brought some heavy rain, which resulted in localized flash flooding to portions of the region as well as some damaging winds.
