Event narrative

Thunderstorm winds either uprooted or blew down several trees in Cuba as well as numerous tree limbs. One tree was two feet in diameter. In Leasburg, the winds damaged a fence and tore some vinyl siding off of a structure.

Wider weather episode

A quasi-linear convective system (QLCS) moved southeast through the region. There were numerous reports of damaging winds.
