Amateur radio reported a tree blown down and blocking Highway 150 at McCorkle Rd. A few other trees were blown down in the area.

Scattered thunderstorms developed over western North Carolina during the late afternoon and evening. One of the storms produced brief damaging wind gusts in Lincoln County.
