The UPPCO outage map showed approximately 1000 customers without power in northern Keweenaw County, mostly between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, due to strong winds on the morning of the 11th.

Wider weather episode

Strong winds from a deepening storm system tracking across the Upper Great Lakes produced power outages over portions of Keweenaw, Luce, Alger and Marquette counties on the 11th.
