With trade winds becoming reestablished over the Aloha State, an upper air disturbance acted on low level moisture to induce heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms over parts of the island chain. The rain produced ponding on roadways, and small stream and drainage ditch flooding. There were no reports of significant property damage or injuries.
