A house was destroyed and the 48 year-old woman inside was thrown out and killed. Trees and power lines in the area were blown down.
Water rescues continued at the Riverbend campground and the Spring River Beach Club. Some people were in trees to avoid the water. One man was swept away by the water and drowned.
Martins Creek was out of its banks, and was flowing over U.S. Highway 63. Water was also over Martin Creek Road, and a vehicle was swept away. A young man in the vehicle drowned.

Four hundred feet of railroad tracks had to be replaced near Williford due to flooding from the Spring River.
City Hall had to be evacuated, along with some houses in Hardy.
