Cold northeast flow off Lake Huron generated a strong band of heavy snow which mainly impacted southeast Sanilac county and northeast St. Clair county. Localized snow amounts around 8 inches were reported over a 7 hour period. Specifically, 8.5 inches was reported at Lexington and 8 inches at Jeddo.
