SNOW SQUALL. Snow squalls produced very low visibilities and dangerous driving conditions over portions of the Rapid City area, especially northern and eastern portions of the city. Several accidents were reported.

Gusty winds of 40 to 60 mph behind a cold front, combined with snow shower development, resulted in snow squalls producing very low visibilities and dangerous driving conditions on the adjacent plains north and east of Rapid City.
