Saratoga Airport AWOS station (KSAA) reported wind chills as low as 32 below zero with air temperatures as low as 18 below zero.

Wider weather episode

With recent snowfall on the 9th, temperatures fell below zero overnight into early on the 10th across the entire region. This led to wind chills lower than 30 below zero in spots mainly west of the Laramie Range. Rawlins Airport ASOS station recorded a March all time low temperature of 24 below zero.
