Wider weather episode

A Canadian high was over Central New York the night of January 26th. Clear skies allowed temperatures to quickly fall well below zero. Winds were generally calm, so wind chill was not a concern across most of the region. These conditions did result in a fatality in Otsego County after a college student had been exposed to the sub-zero temperatures for an extend period of time.
