Mesonet station 5 N Ledger measured a 50 kt (58 mph) non-thunderstorm wind gust.

Wider weather episode

A weak disturbance within a northwesterly flow aloft brought gusty surface winds to the Rocky Mountain Front and adjoining plains. Most gusts were below warning criteria with the exception of one observation in eastern Pondera County.
