Snowfall totals generally ranged between four inches and seven inches across the county. Snowfall total of 7.0 inches was reported at (2 NNW) Short Pump. Snowfall total of 6.8 inches was reported at (1 ESE) Longdale. Snowfall total of 5.5 inches was reported at Glen Allen.

Wider weather episode

Low pressure tracking from the Southeast United States northeast off the North Carolina coast and out to sea produced snowfall totals between four inches and thirteen inches across much of central Virginia and the Virginia northern neck.
