Snowfall and sleet totals generally ranged between two inches and four inches across the county, along with one tenth of an inch or less of ice from freezing rain. Snowfall total of 2.8 inches was reported at (1 NNW) Louisa. Snowfall total of 2.5 inches was reported at (1 NNE) Zion Crossroads. Snowfall total of 2.5 inches was reported at (10.4 S) Gordonsville.

Wider weather episode

Low pressure lifting northward from the Southeast United States across the Mid Atlantic region produced snowfall and sleet totals between one inch and four inches, along with one tenth to one quarter of an inch of ice from freezing rain across much of the Virginia Piedmont.
